Our client uses drone technology and photogrammetry software to develop high-resolution thermal imagery and 3D models of buildings. This imagery and subsequent models are used to examine energy efficiency analysis, building operations, and property management. Their energy efficiency analysis is offered as a service to owners and managers of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Our client is seeking technology development partners and building facilities for demonstration and proof of concept purposes with whom they can establish a commercial agreement.
An advantage of this technology is that it combines advanced thermal optics with advanced photogrammetry software to analyze the energy efficiency of building stock. Additionally, they are proposing as part of this technology partnership to develop a public mapping application which combines building data with the company’s thermal imagery visualization product.
The company is seeking partners in technology development, building and facility operators, and energy utilities. Additionally, our client would be interested in partnering with energy efficiency implementors and manufacturers of insulation products for buildings.
