Redazione Open Innovation

The fifth edition of European Innovation Council (EIC) Summit – the annual flagship deep-tech innovation event organised by the European Innovation Council - will once again take place in the iconic Tour & Taxis venue in Brussels on 3 and 4 June 2026.

The EIC Summit has established itself as a flagship annual event connecting the European deeptech community with EU research and innovation policy.

Each year, around 2500 participants come together to exchange views on strengthening Europe’s competitiveness, addressing the challenges of scaling up deeptech innovation, and exploring ways to mobilise greater private investment.

Speakers on the Leaders’ stage will include Commissioner for Startups, Research and Innovation Ekaterina Zaharieva, other members of the College of Commissioners, Nobel prize winners, European corporate and finance leaders, founders of successful EIC-supported companies, and senior representatives from the research and innovation community.

EIC beneficiaries will have the exclusive opportunity to attend workshops specially designed to explore a wide range of topics, as well as the chance to network with key stakeholders shaping Europe’s deep tech innovation ecosystem: investors, policymakers, thought leaders, corporates, and finance executives.

Exclusive workshops will take place on Day 1 (3 June).

The workshop programme is now available on the EIC Summit webpage.

The EIC Summit is free of charge, but registration in advance through this registration tool is required.
