Loans, guarantees and equity, also in combination with grants: various financial instruments are available for the recovery of territories through the European Union Cohesion Policy.
Find out about them, find out about the new 2021-2027 regulations of the Cohesion Policy and the resources available - 300 billion euros. This is a great opportunity and an important competitive advantage: as well as its traditional objectives, today the Cohesion Policy also takes on a new role: countering emergencies and crises such as Covid-19 one.
An overview of funds and financial instruments therefore becomes essential, considering that the 2021-2027 programs have to be developed in synergy with the national recovery plans.
On 1 July, Finlombarda, a financial company of the Lombardy Region, is therefore promoting an event, which is open to the public, to take stock of the present and future financial instruments of the Cohesion Policy, implemented through the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESI funds).
The initiative is organized in conjunction with the European Association of Public Banks (EAPB), the National Association of Regional Financial Institutions (ANFIR) and the University of International Studies of Rome (UNINT).
The in-person event is scheduled to take place from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm on Friday 1 July at the Auditorium Gaber in Palazzo Pirelli, Milan and on this online platform.
To participate, send an e-mail to comunicazione@finlombarda.it, no later than Monday 27 June 2022, specifying one of the two options "in person" or "remote”.
The detailed program of the event is attached.
