Our Demo4Green Coaching & Mentoring Programme aims to support the improvement of your content and possibly support the identification of new funding opportunities. You’ll have the opportunities to have access to: 

•   Joint Coaching Sessions (Online – 1H30min, 5 sessions) – check the calendar below.  
•   One-To-One Mentoring support (online/on site – Mentoring hours will differ from Demo4Green Demonstrators (up to 4h) vs. Demo4Green Participants (up to 2h) 
• Demonstration & Networking/B2B Event (hybrid format) – tba 
• Joint Coaching Sessions – ONLINE –covering the topics:

- Business Model Design and Development/Business Model Innovation 

- Go-To-Market Strategy and Technology Roadmap (What, Who, Where and How? | Promotion, commercialization and dissemination actions) 

- Finance and Investment 

- IP Management and Strategy 

- Communication skillset for commercialization (prepare to B2B activities) and pitching training 

  At the end of the programme you might have the possibility to pitch your solution in the international final event of DEMO4Green teaching and learning factory network.
